MAMMOTH March with Mia Borders! - March 5, 2010
You'll have to forgive me... I literally love alliteration. Aside from my silliness, we do have an amazing month ahead of us. It's so jam-packed with shows, I'm just going to stop talking.
One more thing!!
My brother Che (the other half of Blaxican Records), my buddy Clarke, and our band's lead guitarist Kyle "The Italian Stallion" Sclafani are running the Crescent City Classic 10K in support of the Children's Bureau of New Orleans. If you'd like to contribute to the cause (which you should because I know how awesome each and every one of you are!), check out their page. Any amount helps and it all goes to the kids!!
Hope to see y'all around town this month!
Love & Luck,
Us

The exhibit closes on MARCH 14th, but not before we stay open for 30 hours straight beginning on March 13th. We will be giving away door prizes every hour, so bring a group of friends and make a night of it.
Jazz great Shannon Powell will be playing on Saturday from 8pm-11pm and MIA BORDERS will be on from 11pm-1am.
DJ Quintron will keep the party going from 2 am - 5 am. On Sunday Ellis Marsalis closes out the party from 2-4pm.
“Dreams Come True” is a major exhibition featuring more than 600 original artworks that shaped legendary animated features including Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast, as well as Disney's newest fairy tale, The Princess and the Frog.
NOMA is the only venue in North America that is displaying these treasures from all our childhoods. Over 70% of the exhibit has never been shown before, so before they go back into the Disney Vault come check it out!
